Placements for both Summer Internships as well as Final Jobs are the integral part of R V Northland. We have a well defined procedure for placing our students and make sure that each one of them gets a job. The placement committee is headed by eminent personalities of the corporate world who guide the students from time to time as regards placements. We invite big brands for placing our students so as to give them a great head start in their career.
Our placements activities create a platform for interaction between students and the corporate world through which students get placed in reputed organizations based on their skills. It is a mixture of the following:
- Career counseling by the trained professionals for all students
- Arrange personality development programmes for students so that they can get through the tough group discussion and interviews held by the corporate.
- Help students in developing persuasive resumes
- Create awareness among students about the corporate world.
- Conduct mock interviews and group discussions for students so that they get a hands on experience.
- Arrange for pre-placement talks that give the students a look into the profiles of the companies, their culture, career opportunities, job profile overview, details on compensation and much more.
- We have a proper placement procedure and make sure that if one student get a job offer through campus placements, then he/she will not be eligible for more offers through us. This is done to make sure that every student gets a chance to get placed through us.
